By accessing or using the Eventry platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Eventry provides an event management platform that enables organisers to create, manage, and promote events, and allows attendees to discover and register for events. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and related services.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Organiser Responsibilities
Event organisers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, compliance with applicable laws, and fulfilment of obligations to attendees. Eventry acts as a platform provider and is not a co-organiser of events.
5. Payments & Refunds
Paid event registrations are processed through our payment partners. Refund policies are set by the event organiser. Eventry may charge service fees as outlined in the applicable pricing plan.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute spam or malicious content, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is the property of Eventry AB. Content uploaded by users remains the property of the respective user, who grants Eventry a limited licence to display it within the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eventry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
